新手第一次做, microplate, 从左到右是不同浓度梯度, 上到下是不同ligand, 每3行
同一个ligand
想问,为什么每个well都是一个圈一样的,是细胞都贴到壁上去了吗, 有的是一个圈中间
一点, 是为什么.
最下面一行是vehicle, 为什么最后一个well信号还变高了?

pipette gently, use new tips for each well, do not try to save tips, not
worth it.
