没见过offer letter长啥样，想问问大家这句话正常吗？似乎看上去对双方都没有任何

The company reserves the right to alter the Benefits package when required
and without notice. Employee or Employer has the right to terminate
employment with or without cause. While we hope our relationship will be
mutually beneficial, it should be recognized that neither you, nor the
company have entered into a contract of employment.
