申了thank you premier card，收到email说杯具，给的原因是

我不记得我有past due，所以打了板上提供的recon电话。小妞说去年有late payment
，让我打给customer service核实，就打了。然后customer service说只能查到过去六
个月的记录，没有问题。
然后我就打回给recon，忽悠说没有late payment。然后听音乐10分钟，最后就说过了。
只是想给大家一个案例，citi recon还是有可能批的
