不负责任猜想下，少了三个CDR，specifity应该不如双domain的好吧，变化也少了一半

你是说affinity吧？如果能够不断提高affinity呢？

Win8 的key 在BIOS里。
直接装一般出错，说key 不匹配。
用U盘装，需要在某个目录下建一个PID.txt文件。google一下吧。

structural diversity不如mAb问题不大。关键的是molecular weight不合适，再怎么
提高affinity，肿瘤部位的聚集效果不如mAb。直接的造成的问题就是biodistribution
比较烂，造成off-target effect，心脏肾脏尤为明显。Wittrup有两篇相关的文章，理
论上推到出这个结论。Darpin的实验结果也符合Wittrup的模型。所以现在Darpin也开
始做PEGylation了。。。
提高affinity，肿瘤部位的聚集效果不如mAb。直接的造成的问题就是biodistribution
比较烂，造成off-target effect，心脏肾脏尤为明显。Wittrup有两篇相关的文章，理
论上推到出这个结论。Darpin的实验结果也符合Wittrup的模型。所以现在Darpin也开
始做PEGylation了。。。
