可以，和给自己订差不多，就是乘机人信息写别人就行了。

quality matters more than quantity. writing 10 proposals is not difficult,
but writing 10 strong proposals is very difficult.

人和人不一样，强调质量和数量只对个人有意义... ...
有人一年能写10几个proposal，然后绝大部分都能中。
有人两年写一个还被拒。我觉得这种情况下千万不要总跟别人比，不然非把自己气死。
