For some reason, always have his seminar once a while. Liked his research
in the earlier years and it was exciting. But in recent years when many
miRNA people left the field for others, he is still pulling everything to
miRNA and trying so hard to sell his miRNA company. We can almost guess it
would reach the end some day.

school, now postdoc in a top university, changed title to associate a year
ago in order to apply EB1B green card. Journal Paper 7， 虽然差不多都是第
一作者，但包括3 中文， 开会ABSTRACT 9 个，Citation 合起来包括自引不超过40.
Review 过2中文杂志，找朋友要的，帮老板 REVIEW 过两个NIH的PILOT grant。
That is it! Claim Authorship and Contribution only. 而且我中文文章都没放材
料里，就列在PUBLICATION LIST 而已，因为不想翻译，而�: 乙恍┒颊也蛔旁
牧恕ontribution我就主要说了我工作的意义,然后把我们老板的grant （16M）放
进去，我只是其中一枚小卒，然后我们老板在NYtimes上的报道，没我的名字。还有推
荐人我都找的认识的，5封推荐信，虽然看起来有两个独立的，也没大牛人，所以我现
在都觉得没有RFE 过，一是EB1B真的很容易，还有就是馅饼砸头上了！然后就是平时攒
人品！所以大家不管什么条件，都应该有信心！
我还是自己做了，原因主要是在这个版上蹲长了，对应该怎么做很清楚。而且我觉得与
其给律师所有的东西，我还不如按自己的思路准备。我其实三年前请了律师做NIW，付
了头款，但看排期遥遥无期，也没动力准备，自己拖延症非常厉害，看律师准备的清单
什么都是自己干，竟然拖了几年也没干，这次打算DIY EB1B 不成功，就让律师 接着做
NIW和EB1B一起的，现在也用不着了，就是有点心疼那浪费的钱。
后来让一个美国朋友再改下推荐信，结果人家也没时间，拖着，我就GOOGLE了一下网上
这种service，用了editavenue.com， 感觉还不错，我最后用的叫Science_Editor的，
好像是一个生物postdoc，反馈非常迅速，而且一封推荐信要不了20 就搞定了。 当时
改完了后，我说我以后推荐朋友找他/她，哈哈。不过大家要把自己的隐私关键词去掉
再给他们修改. PL我就没怎么改，自己倒弄了6页，看看没语法错误就交了。
，结果她回家前问我搞好没，我是非常的guilty，也很frustrated，觉得不知什么是个
头，现在总算可以过年回家看她了！在这个非人的过程中，我许下了三个心愿，如果顺
利通过，我一是要在版上志愿服务一段时间，尽所能解答后来人的疑问， 二是捐款给
NIU和OCEF，希望我们中国人的路好走一点， 三就是回家好好给我妈过个生日！现在我
都可以慢慢做了！人生终于可以翻开新的一页了！
望能在LD生日前收到卡，应该是我能想到的最好生日礼物了。我生日就在这个星期，
140 approval也是我的最好生日礼物。

EB1B怎么干都行，我一同事，PL都没写，就列了材料，也轻松过了。EB1A could be a

在都觉得没有RFE 过，一是EB1B真的很容易，还有就是馅饼砸头上了！然后就是平时攒
人品！所以大家不管什么条件，都应该有信心！
我还是自己做了，原因主要是在这个版上蹲长了，对应该怎么做很清楚。而且我觉得与
其给律师所有的东西，我还不如按自己的思路准备。我其实三年前请了律师做NIW，付
了头款，但看排期遥遥无期，也没动力准备，自己拖延症非常厉害，看律师准备的清单
什么都是自己干，竟然拖了几年也没干，这次打算DIY EB1B 不成功，就让律师 接着做
NIW和EB1B一起的，现在也用不着了，就是有点心疼那浪费的钱。
后来让一个美国朋友再改下推荐信，结果人家也没时间，拖着，我就GOOGLE了一下网上
这种service，用了editavenue.com， 感觉还不错，我最后用的叫Science_Editor的，
好像是一个生物postdoc，反馈非常迅速，而且一封推荐信要不了20 就搞定了。 当时
改完了后，我说我以后推荐朋友找他/她，哈哈。不过大家要把自己的隐私关键词去掉
再给他们修改. PL我就没怎么改，自己倒弄了6页，看看没语法错误就交了。
，结果她回家前问我搞好没，我是非常的guilty，也很frustrated，觉得不知什么是个
头，现在总算可以过年回家看她了！在这个非人的过程中，我许下了三个心愿，如果顺
利通过，我一是要在版上志愿服务一段时间，尽所能解答后来人的疑问， 二是捐款给
NIU和OCEF，希望我们中国人的路好走一点， 三就是回家好好给我妈过个生日！现在我
都可以慢慢做了！人生终于可以翻开新的一页了！
望能在LD生日前收到卡，应该是我能想到的最好生日礼物了。我生日就在这个星期，
140 approval也是我的最好生日礼物。
