都是身边的真实例子：
签证地点：北京；签证类型：B２。邀请人身份：绿卡。
邀请人和申请人关系：
１。兄妹：哥哥一年前曾B２来美２周，今年中信代签，顺便带上了女儿的（女儿不满
１４岁，即使没签过也可让中信代
牵）。拿到签证后嫂子去面签，也顺利通过。
基本情况：北京的生活，工作状况良好，有其它国家旅游经历。
２。同学／朋友：丈夫２年前B１来美，今年用老同学的邀请信和妻子一起那拿到B２，
儿子留在中国，未申请签证。
基本情况：在北京有比较好的高薪工作。

(a) 2012年是F1身份的第六个calendar year 所以按照IRS的定义和版上的讨论应该算
作resident 这样的话就必须要交纳CPT实习收入中的medicare和social security 无法
退还
这么理解正确吗？
(b) 学校在TX（无州税）实习单位在CA（有州税）那报税的时候可以根据我在CA是non-
resident的身份来要求退州税
这么理解正确吗？
(c) 2012年的实习是发生在12月那F1前5000刀免税的treaty报税的时候还能用
这么理解正确吗？

I've just changed job from Company A to Company B in NYC.
When I left the old company (company A), they asked me to cover Sunday
morning shift (that is 7/4, my last day to physically enter the office was 7
/1 ). Since I need to use my securid token to login, I didn't return the
token and ID card to them.
Since I can't physically enter the office legally, I don't have a chance to
return the ID and securid token to them. So I've just detroyed the securid
token and ID card by myself. This week, I g

首先，我是不建议对古文进行直接翻译的，如果的确要说古文，也请自己或者说者把古
文先白话了。
这是一种尊重。

据说，这次两会古文翻译的比较成功，举几个板栗：
1) 我将在最后一年“守职而不废，处义而不回”，永远和人民在一起。
In my last year in office, I will not waiver and carry out my duties,
and will remain true to my conviction, I will always be with the people.
这句话翻译成的英文可以说是100%的中国英文，美国人民不但肯定听不懂，而且不知道
要表达什么。
建议翻译成：
There is no way in the cafe eat myself a dinner but others left.
2）入则恳恳以尽忠，出则谦谦以自诲。”
Officials should serve as loyalas they can conscientiously when they are
in office and engage in modest self-reflection when their terms end.
据说某位教授这样翻的，黑黑
Once made in a responsible position, an official should do everything
loyal to the country( or to the people), and when his terms end, hes hould
give a self-assessment (selfcriticism) in a humble manner.
建议翻译成：
if you eat please eat a lot, and clean up the table when you left.

3）“知我罪我，其惟春秋。”
There are people who will appreciate what I have done but there are also
people who will criticize me, Ultimately, history will have the final say.
某教授翻译，黑黑
What I have done may be appreciated and criticized by the people, yet
ultimately history will give me a fair assessment(or judgment).
其实，翻译成：the judgment is the HISTORY, while I am on the tongues of
people.
4）“苟利国家生死以，岂因祸福避趋之”的现场翻译
In line with the conviction that I will do whatever it takes to serve my
country even at the cost of my own life, regardless of fortune of
misfortune to myself.
教授又翻，黑黑，亮点在：
If a man is willing to sacrifice his life for the interests of his
country, he will never mind things concerning his personal fortunes and
misfortunes.
建议这样翻，黑黑：
If life is good for the nation, who will make a choice of the fortunes but
death？
4) “亦余心之所善兮，虽九死其犹未悔。”
For the ideal that I hold dear to my heart, I'd not regret a thousand times
to die.
建议翻译成, 黑黑,:
Singing a red song in kindess make me nine times higher than the world
leaving.
2、“人或加讪，心无疵兮。”
My conscience stays untainted in spite of rumors and slanders from the
outside.
建议翻译成：
Singing a red song who care others saying.
黑黑，只争笑耳，不做平整。

在确定你能否在第6年享受5000以及medicare和social security的时候，建议参考
Google这篇文章：中国学生在美满五年后享受税收协定待遇的问题
虽然中美税收协定里面的学生学徒条款是savings clause 成为resident alien后也可
能继续享受federal income tax优惠待遇；但是中美没有社会保险协定，所以成为
resident后没有办法继续享受medicare和social security退还待遇。
non-
我理解是这样的，如果你符合加州NR身份。
