请问这个career presentation指的是什么？另外需要proactive么？

就是中学期间,忽然有阵子全国掀起一种舆论风潮,
为了体现泱泱大国的宽容,要抗日战争的日本遗孤开始.
然后,颇出现了几个电影电视歌颂这些中日友谊的故事.
我也同意,那些遗孤的确不该为他们父辈引发的战争负担责任,
但是让俺特别受不了的就是,对日本夸大自己大国宽容心态的做法,也太自作多情了吧?
好比鲁迅说,落水狗明明还能跳起来再咬人呢,你怎么能够自作地开始去同情它?
这不叫宽容,这是妇人之仁,这是没有判断力,或者说,就是傻.
除非它真的被你泱泱大国压制得无力还手,或者真的忏悔过去的罪孽,
你再自诩大国,跟它搞这套宽容情怀也不迟啊.

你把那个邮件的地址加上scam, google 一下,就知道了。

请大家相信奥巴马总统的计划，土木的黄金期就要来了。别自己抽自己嘴巴行不行？

奥巴马的计划就是修路修桥，需要大量的工人，至于是否惠及大量的土木工程师，还
是有待商榷的，要具体分析，不是想象的那么好。各位在这逛的朋友不会愿意去铺沥青
，开挖土机吧。
许多公共设施的设计和改造其实已经或接近完成，就是因为财政紧张没法实施，所以，
土木技术同行能从奥巴马的计划分多少羹还不一定，当然，做交通和桥梁的肯定要恢复
元气了。
就技术人员的需求而言，土木产业的另一个大头是房屋和大型商业设施，制造业的厂房
（包括炼油厂），只要整个经济大环境没有大的改善，银行惜贷，许多项目开工不了，
这一个领域的土木产业接着过冬天吧。
至于奥巴马的计划涉及的改善政府，学校的房屋取暖设施，其实没有土木工程师的多少
事，还有什么改善节能照明，就是改装节能灯泡吧，我怎么看着像在忽悠，呵呵！
我倒是觉得奥巴马的计划对相关的机械（尤其是施工机械），电子设备以及IT行业激励
比较大。
