matlab can do that easily,
use the command eig.
If you don't have matlab,
maybe you can try scilab, which I think is free.

only 3*3, you can even use your pencil and paper to compute it if you do
n't have matlab

我其实是要不停的调用这个程序来算n多个不同的3×3矩阵。所以还是得自己写程序。不
