本人现在一家公司做contractor半年，刚收到dream company的offer，本来很高兴的，
但突然搞了个什么export compliance license（面试时候都没人提），原文如下:
“Also, since you are a Chinese citizen, ***** will require you to obtain an
export compliance license which will take up to 60 days. You will need
this license in order to start work at *****. ”
请问版上tx，这个export compliance license 怎么申请？现在手里还有另外一家公司
offer，本周内急需答复，我应该怎么办？等60天？还是去另外那家公司？
谢谢！
另外：我OPT年底到期，需要今年申请H1B

想请教版上的朋友们，140已批，现在在排期等待提交485，priority date 是2012年10
月。现在想换工作，如果到了新工作单位申请绿卡会不会使用原有的priority date？
如果可以在手续上要注意什么？非常感谢先。

那我要等60天开始上班？
如果申请不成？这个offer是不是就废了？

yes, there's risk. but i seldom, if not never, hear someone is rejected
b/c of this.
on the other hand, not sure if this may also affect ur h1b visa in bj or
sh. easier to be checked, i think.
