我的rfe要求将所有的非英文翻译成中文，全文啊，我的天，一共28篇。有没有什么机
构帮忙翻译呢？laoda有没有什么建议。文中说，partial translations of foreign
language documents are insufficient. The translator must certify that the
translations are accurate and complete, and that he or she is competent to
translate form the foreign language into english. 这是不是说我还要请专门的机
构翻译，翻译完了还要公证啊？这要花多少银子啊。

请人写个证明就可以了。任何符合条件的人都可以。我之前的出生和毕业公证就找了个
薄厚给我签名，certify that the
translations are accurate and complete, and that he or she is competent to
translate form the foreign language into English.

文章翻译abstract就可以了吧，全文那可真是太麻烦了。有一个朋友两年前NSC EB1A
RFE，要求翻译全文，但他没有这么做，只翻译了摘要，最后还是通过了。
