Could you tell me what the preference classification is in your I-
485 notice: employment based 2nd or 3rd? It is still employment based 2nd
for my I-485 notice. It is very strange to me.

you should be okay. what receipt says does not matter... You can call uscis
to confirm later, but should have no worries.
