Talk to as many lawyers as possible for free evaluations of your case, and then you'd have a feeling of how strong your case is, and also get to know the personality of each lawyer. Pick one that you are most comfortable with and confident in.

楼主不要怪没人回答你，这些问题都讨论过很多次了，去班内搜索考古，搜索 pp 或者
140 就是一大堆
