category 5， 要304一晚。用点12000 点，是不是还挺划算？
另外问问版上牛人，gold status 去check in之后要求upgrade，有什么trick么？从来
没有升级成功过，每次都是告诉我没有房间，不知道真的假的。。。

看了看填的表，不知道哪一项出了问题， 请大家帮忙看看：
All Other Names Used:空着没填
Former Husbands or Wives：填的“none"
last occupation abroad if not shown above:因为出国前没有工作过，空着没填

your native alphabet below：手写的中文名字。
除了这些，其他的应该没什么疑问

看了一眼，我的G-325A连former husbands or wives都是空着没填
其他跟你一样，中文名字是我用软件添加的不过应该不是问题
你再看看是不是有漏填的
