刚刚议员办公室确认：TSC who confirmed that the Dept. of State just released
that the number of visas has been reached for your category and that
the officer who has your case was not able to make a decision before the
limit was reached.
当然不知那些已经有RFE的是否已经有了visa number. 反正我的是6月初确认从EB3
relink到
EB2后，连RFE也没收到过。也好，彻底歇菜。美国移民政策和程序是一点谱也没有。
