我老婆的情况：
以前有H1B，去年辞职，然后后来转成了L2。
今年初找了工作，4.1那天提交的新H1B申请，结果今天I-797下来，发现有效期是从
2013.10.1开始，有效三年。
大家也都是这种情况吗？还是律师搞错了，把她按照新的H1B申请了？

I don't know, I just knew that there were at least 4 cases approved
by xm1267 in Aug. All of them have a later RFE response date than me......
My
case seems to be ignored totally....:(

ipad和N1不一样，我用我的billing address定到另一个shipping address已经被砍掉
了。
