怎么这么难练熟啊！
正在练Invention 13, A minor，练了很久，谱子都快可以背下来了，可还是总是不停
的会出错。

我的背景是audit,多数客户是private companies,SEC 客户不多。
找工作有的position是senior financial reporting analyst,主要负责prepare SEC
fillings and monthly year end close.
请问面世的时候，一般来说，accounting manager 会问怎样的technical问题？会不会
问这个东西要不要disclose? 应该怎样准备？
总之就是不明白sec reporting会有什么样的technicalquestion? 比如audit,
technical question就是问你这个东西怎么测试。不明白sec filing的。请有经验的同
学们指点。

I would recommend you download the 10-K, earning release, 10Q from sec.gov.
You need understand the relevant accounting pronouncements.
SEC reporting is very similiar to audit work, which means you may need work
long hours to meet the reporting deadline.
Some people ask technical questions, like FAS 157, 158, FAS 52, FAS 133 etc.
.. to test you have basic/comprehensive knowledge of SFAS.
Good luck!

I work at external reporting.
when I had interview, our manager only asked some regular interview
questions. you need to know your resume very well. you need some examples to
prove you have all those skills or characters you have.
you have prepared financial statements, so you have the experience. you don'
t need to worry about that. just show you have the knowledge and skills they
need.

哦，知道了。万分感谢！还有请教一下，non-public和public的公司，除了要不要file
10 Q，8k以外，还有其他什么不同的吗？在具体financial statement上面，感觉上都
是符合gaap就可以了，好像sec clients比较详细一些，没看出disclosure上有什么差
别？
