我们在招一个master毕业的research associate做一些关于bioinformatics的website,
database和一些算法. 需要编程好和会建websites. Biology background is not
required. The salary levels at national labs are usually higher than those
in universities, but lower than those in industry. The H1b visa is not a
problem.

问一问，如果PCB是多层板，其中一个采取stripline，被两层ground夹住。那么这两层
地之间一般要多少的PTH via才可以？还有没有什么resonating, bouncing effects,如
果应用在高速版上。

PTHs(Plated Through Holes) are commonly used to connect signal traces for
internal layers (e.g. ground layer) of a PWB (Printed Wiring Board) to its
surface components. However the geometric of PTH affects the electrical
characterization through the capacitance coupling and inductance coupling (
resonating, bouncing effects etc. come from the coupling). For high speed
digital signal transmissions, the amount of crosstalk generated from the PTH
to traces must be considered as a measure of signal
