Infractions will result in a citation being issued and repated citations may
cause canellation of the offenders parking privilege.
1)misbehavior和infraction的区别是什么? 换了我写,大概不会记得用infraction.
2)result in a citation to be issued...这里可以用不定式表将来么? 用现在分词
being好在哪里?
3)offenders'还是offenders? 我一直搞不清楚这点,是不是没有'的话就当作形容词用
了? 有'才表明"拥有"关系?

Not very good to use inf. here. Since the existence of a citation
means that it has already been issued.

thx. 1和2偶都明白了.
3的话,比如:Our customers privilege of privacy is paramount to our good
business relationships.再比如The International Students Group (ISG)...
customer和student后面都要不要加'呢? 为什么?

我觉得这个应该加'，因为有所有的意思，

这个应该不加，因为这里students是名词作定语，
表示相关而不是拥有。
