of course there's always a literal translation... but colloquialism, estern,
western or otherwise won't transpire through this their literal
translations.
people probably won't 'get' what you're trying to say, rather you could come
off as being rude (unless that'your original intent).
at any rate, i'd suggest you say something like, "i haven't got a clue" or "
i don't have a slightest idea and i don't know whom i should ask to get an
answer"

In a situation that I'd like to say 你问我，我问谁去？！ in Chinese， I
might say "how am I supposed to know?!". Both show a little attitude. I don'
t say either unless I am joking or I am annoyed.
