A while ago, I posted something here because I was so concerned that my boss
called me aggressive.
Now I found that in the party organized by colleagues, the wives of the
faculty do not really socialize with others, neither do their husbands
actively introduce them to others. Also some of them do not really keep good
shapes...
I never have trouble to mingle with people in parties, and I am not afraid
to say things in public. And I care about my imagine so I work out regularly
.I am a confident self. Now I feel good being a female faculty, though
there is stress from grants, papers, managing the team, and maintain the
work-life balance. :)
