有时候不太明白，同一个PO, 为啥两个awards发出来的时间会相差很大。

发award晚点也没什么，好歹也是happy ending. 搞不懂的是为什么不早点发拒信，非
得让人多等几个月。去年career, 我们学校一哥们，十月份悲剧，他同一个系的，今年
二月悲剧，整整差了四个月，同一个program。
