背景介绍：
我是综合排名100刚过的公立大学CS PhD，做的方向与big data，ebusiness,以及
cybersecurity有关。从去年10月中旬开始到12月初，一共申请了70所大学的AP职位。
基本都是Regional Universities和Liberal Arts Universities. 这些学校可以说90%
都是以教学为主，一部分对科研有一定的要求。到目前为止，电话面试了6个学校，得
到2个onsite，这其中有个onsite是下周。此外还有一个电话面试也是在下周。
今天电面了一个排名一般的中部大农村regional university，CS department只有三个
professor，其他都是lecturer，instructor，以及adjunct faculty.该系的chair给我
打的电话，同时另外两个professor都在。
问题如下：
1. Can you describe your teaching style?
2. What attracts you to this position?
3. How your research has influenced yout teaching? In what ways have you
been able to bring the insights of your research to your courses at the
undergraduate level?（这个在常见问题列表中有，一个字没改）
4. Are you intereted in teaching courses that are related to your research?
5. How would you engage undergraduates in research?
6. How would you search for collaborations in research?
感觉他们很看重教学。我也问了teaching load，答曰每学期3门课，upper level的课
一个班大约10-15学生，lower level的大概30人一个班。Tenure大概5年时间，有三篇
high quality conference or journal papers，教学evaluation不能差，能有funing
更好。
大概就是这样，总体感觉还不错，谈笑风生。希望对大家有所帮助。
