The dean just called me and give me a verbal offer. He said he would not
send me a hard copy before I saidyes. What should I do? I am very interested
in this position. Should I negotiate the offer now?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

据说可以先要一份draft，然后negotiate，然后签offer
