I think it is more likely a loan without interest. You can get a few
million dollar loan from ivy league schools, if you are very tenured (for
housing). There is a professor who tried to borrowed about a million dollar
to buy a violin arguing that he already has a house, but he really wanted
the violin.
Biologist! Do you know who is this professor? He is way closer contender
for Nobel prize, but I don't think he is going to ever win a Nobel prize (he
is still alive though).

I didn't say he is Chinese. I give you a hint. He won Lasker award awhile
ago. He has multiple violins and the most famous one is a stradivarius (
that's the one he try to get Harvard to pay for it). Most of people do not
know that he is from a very wealthy family.

如果不是Mark Ptashne，就一定是饶毅，我知道饶毅能拉二胡，能拉二胡的，搞定小提
琴是随随便便的事情，水平比Mark Ptashne高出好几个档次。
