Regarding the actual interview, I think you did the best of all our
candidates, and so did my colleagues. Prof. XX has most likely sent the
recommendationn to offer you the position to the provost who also thought
very higly of you as a scholar and future member of our faculty. If you
decide to accept and come to XXX, please let me know. I would be pleased to
help you with the move in any way I can.
知道这或许不算什么，还是想share一下。

我也知道肝脏不是什么健康的东西，不过恰好有新鲜牛肝卖，就偶尔吃一次，至少应该
比拿管子喂出来的鹅脂肪肝稍好一点
吧。。。
1. 肝洗干净，用牛奶泡（这一步很重要，我泡了半个小时左右，泡久一点也没关系）
2. 洋葱粒用黄油炒香
3. 牛肝里多余的牛奶倒掉，拌上盐和胡椒，我还加了少许孜然
4. 继续黄油，炒一会儿牛肝，倒进洋葱和蘑菇，加一点白酒，盖个小盖子稍微焖一下
，出锅

鹅的脂肪肝对鹅当然不健康，对人就还好，无非脂肪多点。这牛的肝可是集中了各种养
牛用的激素瘦肉精之类。你说哪个更不健康？

这个我没有仔细研究过，还真不好说，呵呵
有朋友以前link给我的文章这样讲：
“One of the roles of the liver is to neutralize toxins (such as drugs,
chemical agents and poisons); but the liver does not store toxins. Poisonous
compounds that the body cannot neutralize and eliminate are likely to lodge
in the fatty tissues and the nervous system.”
我也不知道鹅和牛被喂的东西里分别有些什么，"fatty tissue"多的鹅和大概瘦肉精更
多的牛还是挺难比较的。况且牛肝还是比较容易找到organic的。
呵呵，也就偶尔解馋，两样都不要多吃就好了

呵呵一点也不老一个是切得不薄，另外泡了牛奶拌了淀粉，时间稍微长一点也不容易老
我是看炒了没熟才加酒焖的

功能和实际浓度是两码事。这就好比停车场和某繁忙路口哪里车多这说不定的，虽然前
者功能是存放车，后者则是疏导交通。
到底什么器官残留物多，你看看各国食品安全检测标准就知道了。肝脏绝对是重灾区，
毒素剂量都比其他器官比如肌肉脂肪等等高很多。
