不是托
发现不少人都有过啪的一声砂锅两半的困扰。我刚做的research,很少有非金属锅可以
上电圈炉的，极少数号称可以，但都是100刀以上，或推荐你用个heat diffuser，罗嗦
的很。
推荐corningware的stovetop系列，pyroceram号称耐thermal shock,spin-off from
NASA rocket science. 不少review说从奶奶一辈就用这个锅。
made in france, 锅里的LV！但不贵，60块钱2个

另，vision系列也可以上电圈炉。特点：透明，但不够pyroceram耐磨（更显磨痕）

i am not so sure, but here is what Joseph Ekaitis says:
Neither Pyroceram nor Calexium contain lead because the material needs to be
radio-transparent to be microwave-safe and, in its earliest application as
a guided missile nosecone, it needed to be radar-transparent. There might be
some confusion with a few short-lived Corelle patterns that had metallic
trim believed to contain lead.
Joseph Ekaitis says:
Actually, it's the other way around. Pyroceram isn't glazed or finished with
a topcoat of any kind. It's the same material all the way through. Grey mar
ks on Pyroceram are from using metal utensils. They're not scratches but met
al left behind because Pyroceram is harder than steel. You can buff them out
with Bar Keeper's Friend. Follow the lead and toxic chemical claims back to
their source and you'll find someone selling "healthy" cookware of dubious
superiority over other cookware materials.
As to Prop 65, I've been to the CorningWare Corelle and More store in Ontari
o, California and saw a lead warning only on a display of lead crystal. Ther
e were no warnings on the CorningWare StoveTop and VISIONS shelves.

可以进oven吗?

可以。除了电磁炉需要加导磁的附件之外，其他任何包括微波炉，烤炉，火炉，电炉，
冰箱，都可以。

这个锅是 corning 做的，所以本质上是玻璃的。所以好像虽然设计是耐瞬间温度的巨
大变化，可以从 freezer 拿出来直接放炉子上烧，但是不太建议大火煎。

随便哪个砂锅都可以上电圈炉吧？还是说你有啥比较特殊的使用方法？
