受到审稿邀请，但是REVISED MANUSCRIPT，算不算一次审稿？第一次的稿子不是我审的
，期刊总编把所有的意见归拢后，发给我让我审，这样的审搞对绿卡申请有帮助吗？，

if you have separate inviting and thank you letter for it, and want your
review number looks better (e.g, from 9 to 10), then just 算. not a big deal

I hope it counts. Hehe,
Because I did not involved in the first time review, this time I have
received very formal invitation letter and have all the reviews from other
people. The journal wants me to review. why you don't think it should count?
