今天收到USCIS email, I-140 approved。从去年七月开始准备，在本版大都默默潜水
，收获不少，现附上timeline and background回报，也给大家打打气，NSC还是处理得
很快。我同时也file了EB-1a to TSC, 现在还是initial review
Timeline:
02/16 RD (I-140 and I-485 concurrent filing)
04/05 fingerprint taken
05/12 EAD/AP received
06/17 I-140 approval notice mailed
06/18 USCIS email notice
Background:
National lab, staff scientist, 15 journal articles and 3 co-authored book
chapters (all in English), >200 independent citations, 4 reviews (3 journals
), >20 media report (name mentioned), 6 recommendation letters (4
independent including 1 German and 1 Swedish, 3 national academy of science
members). 2 professional society memberships (no nomination required) and
sigma xi.
claimed: authorship, contribution, review and media report. case filed by
employer's attorney. didn't see the final petition letter.
