标题: 求助：收到讨债公司的信

第一次发文。我们刚搬出前房东的房子，当时检查的时候说没有问题，结果周五接到一
个电话，是讨债公司的自动电话，说我们欠了七百块钱。打电话问房东，说发现地毯有
一块污渍，换地毯花了七百。我们说当时怎么没看出来？他们说事后有权做更加详细的
检查。简直是流氓啊，请问怎么办？讨债公司会干些什么？不付会有什么影响吗？

出生公证一共有四页，第一页中文公证，第二页英文公证，第三页阐述第二页是第一页
的翻译，第四页是第三页的翻译。
问题是照片应该贴在哪些页面上？我现在办的只有第一页有。是不是应该在第二页也贴
，或者所有页面都要贴加盖章？
急需要知道，非常感谢。

你如果没做错啥，你可以打电话或写信（挂号）给讨债公司，告诉它们your landlord
made a false claim,让讨债公司停止harass你，让他们 do not report that amount
as a collection account on your credit history.
很奇怪你的房东不直接联系你。

一般这种情况是在small claim court解决。

In fact I believe your landlord or the collection agency he hired should sue
you in the small claim court and win before they can report you to the
credit bureaus.

国内公证处做出来是什么就是什么啊，这个从来没有产生过疑问，美国这里的律师也没
有提出任何疑问。

when u moved out, u did not ask the landlord to inspect and check, u can
only go through the small court.
if u donot pay, ur credit will hv deterogatory case, hurt ur credit.

no, if LZ doesn't reponse to the mail, the collection agency can report.
