GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Assists professional accounting personnel in performing duties that require
judgment, working knowledge of applicable accounting principles and internal
procedures. Requires a knowledge and understanding of accounting
terminology, account and transaction codes and procedures for operating a
comprehensive computerized accounting system for professional service
industry.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for proper set up of Project File, Billing Terms, and
other related information in Deltek Vision.
• Generate and distribute General Time Reports to Project Managers
weekly and perform labor transfers at the Project Managers direction.
• Prepare client billings utilizing Deltek Vision and other
supporting reports & schedules.
• Work with Project Management staff to develop and track project
budgets and related reporting
• Effectively research and prepare billing adjustments and accounts
receivable write-offs.
• Generate final billing reports to Project Managers and Management.
• Create and file electronic copies of client invoices.
• Interact with project managers and external clients on matters
which relate to the process of contract billing.
• Analyze and enter subcontract/consultant invoices in Deltek
Vision in accordance with agreements.
• Analyze balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis and reconcile
accordingly.
• Assist in the preparation of working papers, schedules, exhibits
and accounting summaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2-4 years’ experience in the
Accounting field required; 2 years’ experience must be in professional
services.
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, disciplined
accuracy and proven ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.
Proficient in MS Excel a must.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret accounting practices.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to
questions from managers, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute
rate, ratio, and percent and to create and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems
involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to
identify problems and resolve in an effective and efficient manner.
