我的485只有3个月，给议员写信，议员倒是问了，USCIS 说Generally, Employment-
Based I- 485s cannot be expedited. We understand the applicants' frustration
; however USCIS has to abide by the DOS visa cutoff or retrogression.
看来给议员写信也没有用。USCIS NSC的回复是

four months, from the date of receipt.
