请问：关于做大数据处理和mongoDB的工作，前景如何
在下拿到一个start up小公司的offer，是做大数据处理，用到mongoDB，Handoop,
NoSQL,Jason相关工具和数据库，请问这个方向前景如何？哪方面应该多下点功夫？

sounds like a dba job? if so, be careful. I am not saying DBA has no future,
but in general it is going downhill.
if it is programming, what language you use? that is important, if you use
php with hadoop, your skill set might not be marketable.
so my 2 cents is that stay in programming, build up your marketable skill
set. It doesn't really matter what your company does. Unless you can find
steve jobs there and you can follow him, and he is willing to work with you.
Otherwise, try to be marketable and independent.

mongodb的特点是big data, small data都可以用

多谢指点，因为在下是转行入计算机领域的，现在刚拿到这个offer，也是担心以后长
远发展前景。听老板讲，可能工作中如果用编程，主要是python，和C++，Java，但不
知道具体怎样了
