ask the legal department of your company. I personally don't see it is a big
problem. Some of our students submitted the paper after they graduated, we'
ve done both - listing their original (university) affiliation or their
current (company) positions.

only 2 levels? then it's not surprising if sr gets 180k. in another place he
may get staff/principal etc.
