国内GIS地理信息系统毕业的,当过大学老师,后来跟LG来美国转CS master,是美国CS
master毕业,现在relocate 到湾区,希望在这边能找CS相关职位,希望哪位好心人有
相应的job opening或者内推。
CS基础课程基本满分GPA,硕士的thesis是用CUDA做金融方面VaR(value at risk)的加
速,除了CS master的课程学习和project经验,还自己学习了coursea以及udacity上面
几个web programming还有andriod的课程,包括startup engineering,android
development, introduction to data science等等,做过数个project, 比较大的包
括一个给小baby刚出生时候记录各种活动(喝奶,睡觉,换尿布等等时间)的andriod
app(因为当时我自己儿子出生时候都是记在纸上每天看,所以想出来做一个app更方便
统计查看),还有一个完整的web project(前台用bootstrap做webpage UI,back end
是node.js, 然后所有代码都是在EC2和S3上,部署用的heroku)

过的语言包括Java, JavaScript,C,HTML, CSS, SQL,使用过的platform包括Android,
GitHub, HeroKu, Node.js, AWS(EC2,S3),Bootstrap, CUDA (GPU programming),
MySQL, PostgreSQL, ArcGIS, ERDAS,Eclipse, Emacs, Vim,
目前也在刷leetcode和CC150 已经两遍(大部分题目刷过), 希望能找SDE,SDET职
位。
另外我现在已经有EAD卡,应该也会很快拿到GC,所以不需要身份支持,任何工作都可
以。

Android Projects 10/2013 -
present
• App1: BabyDays
Designed and developed the app using MVC scheme to monitor and record daily
routine of baby, including feeding, diaper changing, sleep, milestones, etc.
It can also be used to share diary and photo with friends, and show chart
and summary of baby’s activities, and filter data.
• App2: MeMe
Designed and developed the app to modify and share pictures via email, SMS,
Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Java Project – Drawing Pad 10/
2013 – 11/2013
• Developed graphical user interfaces (GUI) using Java;
• Started from a simple Scribble Pad; and then added Menus, Options
, Files and new shapes and tools iteratively. Finally Added new features to
the Drawing Pad: Image Tool and three Multi-Points Shape Tools.
• Developed UML diagrams using ArgoUML.
Web Application Project 07/2013 –
10/2013
• Designed and Developed web pages using Bootstrap toolkit.
• Built the web application based on Node.js platform. Stored the
intermediate code results on GitHub.
• Developed the backend side using AWS, using AWS EC2 virtual
machine to edit code, and push updated code to GitHub, using AWS S3 to store
CSS and image files.

CUDA, Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) Project
09/2010 – 08/2011
• Developed and acceleration engine for Monte Carlo Method on Value
-at-Risk (VaR) Estimation for multi-asset financial portfolios using CUDA.
• Researched the methods for VaR estimation.
• Designed parallel computing algorithms for Monte Carlo simulation
under CUDA architecture; the parallel algorithms include singular value
decomposing, matrix multiplication, sorting, and algorithms to calculate
mean and standard deviation.
• Compared the performance of parallel computing in different GPUs:
NVIDA GeForce 9800 GTX+ and NVIDIA Quadro FX 3700. GeForce 9800 GTX+ is 2
times faster than Quadro FX 3700 in this experiment.
• Compared the performance of three different ways to calculate VaR
GeForce 9800 GTX+), C program running in CPU, and MatLab running in CPU. The
result shows that the performance of GPU computing is about 11 times faster
than MatLab, and 110 times faster than C programming in CPU.

• Built NYC life web system based on Google Map API V2 /Google
earth API, PostgreSQL database, XML, PHP
