请教各位，事情是这样的。有一个合同，签了之后，没有工作时间，先是类似于职业培
训，然后合格了才能拿钱。
但是不论你是否最后挣钱，都要签合同，而且这个合同是要SSN的。
请问，如果只签合同，而且没有工作时间，不拿钱之前，对f1 students来说合法么？

sounds sth fishy to me. Unless the 培训 is free, you'd better make sure it's
not a scam - before you start to worry about the status

应该是没问题的。所以我想知道，这种最终以赚钱为目的的合同，
在没有拿钱之前，f1 students 可不可以做。
