Don't think so.
Another common sense reasoning: Government/courts are supported by taxpayers'
money. Any taxpayer should be allowed to go to court and listen to the cases.
But there will be exceptions to this general rule.

学了一学期法律，觉得大多数时候法规的选择都是符合common
sense的，和林肯说的government by/for the people是一个道理。

such as national security or person privacy,
all courts are open to public.
