I heard from a friend that for class 2005, one Chinese student received an
offer from Sullivan Cromwell, one from Simpson Thatcher, (and one from Skadden
Arps--but my memory is kinda blurred about this one)--both from the same top
14 school. One Chinese student (of class 2006, with a joint degree from the
b-school) in the same law school received an offer from a NY firm ranked
around 80 something.
