I finally got the notice from IRS about my claim on 2001 tax return. I have
alreay checked 精华区 and could not find something similar.
I came to US holding F1 visa in 1996. In 2001, I started working in a company
using my OPT. Under the tax treaty, I should be qualified for $5000 tax
exemption. But IRS disallowed this from the beginning, finally I know the
reason from this letter.
