两个未成年那样那样，法律应ok吧。
那如果两个人本来就是teenage GF/BF，其中一个刚过18岁的生日，另一个小半年，那
他们再那样那样就是犯罪了？？
未成年认(17-18 in CA) 任何情况下，都不能和成年人结婚吗？

The age gap makes difference for statutory rape charges. If one party is 17
and half and the other is 18 years old, the perosn who is 18 years old may
be charged for misdemeanor, not felony by making intercourse with the other
party.
If both are minors, should be ok.
