I've been using Linux and Windows XP Professional for a long time,

人在南佛州. 上周五签的合同. 卖方是个RELOCATION COMPANY. 当时付了1000$押金.
合同上写五天内再付16000(房价的5%). 现在感觉对房子不是很喜欢, 想退出. 但看到

you don't need to get Ultimate, installing an Chinese input method software,
e.g. Google pinyin, would be enough. Ultimate and Enterprise are necessary
for Chinese GUI, not for Chinese input.

You are not liale until buyer/seller removes contingencies, e.g. loan
approval, inspection paper, etc. You can back out anytime before the
contigencies are removed.
