个培训班的很多人拿的是关岛的证书. 本人目前在宾洲, 如果我女朋友拿到关岛的证书

yes, i am single. so that's not a problem.
just want to know how others change their career to law, even if it's
patent law. i mean, for someone who already have worked for 5, 6 years
in a different profession, how do u find recommendation letters (who
should i ask for recommendation letters), how do u pay for law school,
and if a medium to low level law school is enough to get a job as an
assistant DA and move up to DA in the future

Not sure whether it's easy to get a Deputy DA job these days. From what I
read, at least in CA, many counties are laying off attorneys in the DA's
office. A lot of former DA's office attorneys actually come back and work
for free at DA's offices in a few counties.
I'm not familiar with the Federal DA's office and if it's easy/hard to get
in there. But it should be easy to extern there once or twice during your
law school career and start establishing relationships with them.
read, at least in CA, many counties are laying off attorneys in the DA's

Prosecutor jobs are usually very competitive. You need at least decent
credentials, and often times a connection to the office. US Attorney and
DOJ jobs are even more competitive, and hard to land right out of law school
. Many of the lawyers there started out at a county DA office or the lit
dept at a firm.
Also assess why you want to work as a prosecutor. Do you have experience
working as a paralegal in a DA office? Or is it just a product of Hollywood
fantasy? Generally, unless you already have experience in a particular
area, it's a bad idea to go to law school thinking you will get a job in the
practice area you want. Most people do not end up working in whatever they
had in mind.
If you're a young US citizen, there's another way to get into litigation -
military. You'll be trying cases even before you're admitted to a bar. It
requires around 3 years of commitment but many find it a unique and very
rewarding experience.
