老爸老妈上周四到的美国，周末在周围逛了逛，都挺好，周一吃完饭的时候突然觉得周
围在旋转，从来没有的感觉，持续了10秒，过去了，第二次是在20分钟之后，更加厉害
，从椅子上都站不起来，非常晕，10分钟之后消失，带着去了ER, 结果排队太长，只好
回来了。后来半夜3点半的时候来了一次非常猛烈的，开始呕吐，但吐不出东西来。眩
晕的非常厉害，根本站不起来，本来想带他下楼，不行，只好打了911，送到ER，初步
诊断血压，心跳，血检，脑部CAT scan都正常。只有血糖高，医生说应该和这个症状没
有关系，也应该不是中风。开了点治呕吐和眩晕的药，就回来了。这最后一次眩晕持续
时间相当长，直到现在。今天睡了一天，现在症状有些缓解，走路仍然晕，仍有些恶心。
虽然好了些，不过还是担心。各位大侠们有经验的能不能给分析分析。多谢了！！！
P.S. 给父母买了travel insurance, 可是说不cover ambulance, emergency room
usage (unless admitted). 只cover一些emergency treatment......还望大牛给些建
议。

原来用Teammate用的好好的, 偏偏要换什么Paisley的GRC, 然后很快发现GRC很烂, 烂

不要用电脑。 chiropractor 矫正一段时间会好一些， 但是想完全恢复是一个长期的
过程。

basically i believe you put a MATHEAD structure immediately before your real
data. if A points to your real data; then macro Mathead(A) returns the
pointer to the MATHEAD right before your data.
but i don't think that macro makes sense to cast (a) twice into (MATHEAD*).
it doesn't hurt though.

(i) (MATHEAD *)(a)-1 means you explictely convert pointer "a" into a MATHEAD
type pointer("a" is very likely to be a void* pointer originally), and then
make the pointer point to the memory place immediately before the current
place it does.
(ii) Not very sure about your second question. Actually I think such macro
does not make any sense...Well hope somebody can give out a more precise
answer.

That is it! 尤其是低头用LAPTOP。 primary doctor 不可能检查出什么来。
一定要去看chiropractor.

1个int有4个byte,所以一个struct MATHEAD就有8个字节.
(MATHEAD *)(a)-1表示的是减去一个struct单位的地址,也就是减去8个字节.
这是指针类的加减法的特殊的地方.
