不能Short, 涨跌停，T+1还好，反正我不做这么短线.
我最烦的是不能设Stop order，在美东根本不可能盯盘
等到第二天，很多个股都已经少胳膊少腿了
没有Stop order，很多strategy想用的也用不上

I have an old "rollover IRA" (came from my 401K of previous job) at fidelity.
in 2010, I rollover it into my current 401K (at current job).
fidelity mailed me a 1099R, indicating it's a overall into a qualified
retirement account.
Do I have to report this transaction in my tax return?

Sorry I can't type Chinese here.
I have an offer from a teaching school. Due to family reason, I probably
have to look for industry job in the future. Will the teaching school
experience as assistant professor (CS) be helpful if I look for industry job
later?

You can apply for the 140 part now. But you need get J1 waiver before apply
for the 485 part.

I suggest the sooner the better, if your EB1(a) got approved, you can get J1
waiver, then submit 485, no need H1B visa, you can get GC.
Eb1(a) takes 12 months, if you pay $1000 premium process fee, you can get it
precessed in 2 weeks.
