anybody used RMC Vanguard Mortgage Corp to borrow a loan? I got very good
rate and fee from them:
30 yr fixed
4.0% (APR = 4.03%) (if locked today)
down pay = 87500
cash to close = 93643
(fees include: processing 495, underwriting 395, funding 205, doc prep 190,
appraisal 475, lenders title 536, escrow 450, ...)
Is this a good loan? Is this loan realistic?
