3 days after making an offer, still no response yet.
call the listing agent, house still is on market.

there's no requirement of how soon a response may come back. could be
seller still evaluating multiple offers.
you may not get a counter if your price was way too low, or if there's other
better offer. ask you agent to communicate w/ the seller
