auction starting price is just a nominal price. it is not even the bank's
minimum acceptable price.
mold itself is not hard or too expensive to correct. but if you have to
correct structural issues (or other leaks) to prevent it from happening
again then it could be costly.

嗯，这就是美国房产auction可笑的地方，既然是auction，只要出到了起价以上，就应
该必须卖，银行搞了个starting price，然后肚子里又藏了个minimum acceptable
price这不是欺骗人么？
