如果你知道申请贷款的程序和你自己的信用情况就无所谓，随便找个loan officer就可
以搞到per-approval letter。
不过如果你不熟，还是建议你找个稳当值得信任的loan officer或broker帮你确认一下。

如果你不知道自己是否具备贷款资格、在当前利率下最多能贷到多少款，这直接会影响
到你计划购房的最高出价。
建议你找一个值得信任的loan officer或broker，请他查一下你的信用分数，然后请他
根据你真实的收入、支出、负债情况，告诉你不同利率下你可以实际贷到的最高额度。
你就可以根据这些最高额度加上你自己目前现金情况决定你可以接受的最高房屋价格，
开始有针对性的看房。

有些很认真的loan officer会要求看一下你的工资单和去年的W2，不过大部分会认为你
不会隐瞒和夸大你的实际收入情况，也就不看。
SSN是查信用分数必须的。

没有的话也无所谓。
提醒一下，买房不容易，而且第一次买房一定会遇到很多困难会走一些弯路会花一些冤
枉钱。这是根本避免不了的。

赶紧找人估算一下在不同的利率下你能贷多少款吧。
房产交易的春夏旺季到了，早做准备。

如果是第一次买房子,最好先找个mortgage broker咨询一下过程,以及需要注意的事项.

If you could show the valid credit report within 3 months, I don't need to
hard pull your credit report. Pre-approval is always free for us. If you
live in CA, I could help.

no, I think the only charge may be the credit report fee, at least in
California.

In the mainstream, some bank (BoA) once asked $50 for per-approval letter.
It should be free unless they check your credit score.
