找会计师报税，只要了地税总金额用来报税。
而Closing各种费用都没用吗？

I did that after about 1 week. Also, better give them a deadline, like "I'm
at the point of ..., so it will be great if I can get it by the end of next
week..."

才收几十块钱，哪有会计师跟你很清楚地解释。

收几十块钱is too cheap,
all "accountants" i know are using turbo or simuilar softwares only, they
normally do a worse job than you do it yourself, but they will charge you at
least $150 if it invloves RE deduction

if it's for rental, you will be able to deduct more. but if it is for your
own, the property tax will be the only thing you can use.
