当时买的时候agent催的很急，也没有说这个房子有REO的历史，可以用这个理由收回
offer么？

谢谢，前房主是买的REO的房子，现在8年过去了
看到板上说forclosure的房子比较危险，不知道现在接手这样的房子有多大风险？

Dude, onestop is an expert, he said the house has title insurance, that
means you are fine. The foreclosure was in 2005, and the current owner has
lived there for 8 years and he/she is selling the house as a regular one,
right? Then why do you still worry? Also please spell the word "foreclosure"
correctly.

谢谢，房子的现在主人是以Warranty Deed买的，是不是我要买的话也要以这个title？

看到版上有人说是forclosure的房子会被破坏什么的，有点不放心。
另外房子是朝北的，还路冲，而且以前住的是老太太，开一个小公司，据说现在是move
out到别的州了，就是学区还好。所以很纠结。

I have no idea what this warranty deed is. Ask the experts on this board.
If there had been any 破坏, it should have been before/during the
foreclosure process in 2005, and the current owner should have the house
fixed over the past 8 years. I personally do not think you need to worry
about this at all.
I am afraid you are 纠结-ing too many things, this way, you will have a
really hard time finding a house that fits your needs.
It is not that I am picky, but your spelling was still wrong.
Anyway, best luck to you.

谢谢，上周LD下的offer，我没有跟着看房子，agent催的急。
这周就有一个房子很满意，但是也不能反悔了，当时买的有点太急了。

谢谢，签了offer，但是还没有inspection和银行贷款，同时也要找律师？
经纪人忽悠上了，就不理了

这个是什么意思，是说可以反悔但是要在inspection后么，还是如果现在反悔也不用做
inspection，同时不损失定金？
